Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://delcidmoving.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Del Cid Moving & Hauling markets and arranges Moving Company, Movers, Moving Service, Long Distance Moving, Residential Moving, Commercial Moving, Furniture Moving, Junk Removal. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://delcidmoving.com is the property of Del Cid Moving & Hauling or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Del Cid Moving & Hauling makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Del Cid Moving & Hauling's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Del Cid Moving & Hauling against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Law and Venue. CA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CA.
